Welcome to the Spa Creek Marina Condominium (SCMC) dock community – your gateway to explore all that the Chesapeake has to offer. We are a family-friendly, pet-friendly dock community, with 43 slips that can accommodate motorboats and sailboats up to 34 feet in length.
Our amenities include water, shore power, a clubhouse with showers, laundry facilities, private parking, as well as a swimming pool to enjoy on hot summer afternoons. Our location in Eastport is convenient to shops and restaurants and is a short walk to Downtown Annapolis and all it has to offer.
