Can I have a live aboard renter?
Can I have pets at the Marina?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Just please make sure to clean up after your pet and use the adjacent Burnside Park for their necessities. The park has trash bins and doggie bags.
Please note that your pet (s) must be on a leash at all times while at the marina.
BTW, by pets, we mean the traditional four-legged type. Please contact us for other animal companions.
What are the requirements for the type of boat I can have at my slip?
All boats must meet the requirements of the Spa Creek Marina Condominium. These requirements include, but are not limited to, a maximum LOA of 34 feet. For specific requirements, please contact us.
Can I use the clubhouse?
Yes. If you wish to use facility for an event you must rent the facility from The Yacht Club Condominiums. They can be reached at ycccondoboard@gmail.com.

Can I have AC on my boat?
You can have built-in AC installed within your boat. But any exterior device requires prior written approval of the Board of Directors.
Can I fuel my boat at the dock?
No. And you can not keep fuel or other flammable substances on the property, except for the fuel within the fuel tanks of your boat.
Can I have a dock box?
Yes, all dock boxes and their locations must be approved by the Board of Directors. And the owner must keep the dock box well maintained and in good repair and condition.
Can I have a live aboard renter?
Yes, you may. The slip owner is responsible to verify their renter’s boat is properly registered with the State of Maryland, is the right size for the slip, has an engine that works and has a certificate of insurance with liability amount consistent with industry best practices.
You must also make sure that the vessel is in presentable appearance, and submit pictures to the Board of Directors before approval.

Is water available for the slips?
Yes, each slip has access to water. Access to water is cut during the winter, usually from mid November to mid April. You must supply your own hose, and kindly make sure to shut off the faucet when not in use.
Is there shore power?
Yes, there is. Each slip has access to a 30 Amp outlet.
However, shore power is available through BGE. Each slip owner is responsible for opening and maintaining an account with the power company for electricity supply.
